0040oz will return. In the meantime, here’s the original Dr. NoDoules’ book that I drew back in 1998 and 2000. The first 4 pages were drawn earlier, and then I picked the book back up in 2000 and drew another 60 pages or so. 0040 is obnoxious, sophomoric, juvenile and offensive. For those reasons it is pretty entertaining. In the book the Qube branch was funded by “questionable” Internet ventures, a talking keg makes out with a woman, Agent 0040oz is smashed in every frame and the heroine is attacked by lobsters. What more could you possibly want in a comic book?? Now the question is, will book 2 ever come out and can it be better than the original after 8 years? Back in the day I was 23 and still in that “college” mind-frame and still actually went to bars. Now I’m 33 and don’t do any of those things. Maybe 0040oz will grow up and do yardwork and pay bills…. But I doubt it. I think the 2nd book will be more outlandish than the first. Because it can be. 10/3/2008 -mark
